Joe Waggoner, President of Waggoner Engineering, Inc., was installed as the 2007 MSWTC Board President at the Annual Meeting in November. Outgoing Board President, Richard Hickson, spoke highly of Waggoner's abilities to lead the MSWTC towards its ambitious long-term goals. Waggoner, also a member of the Society of International Business Fellows, brings a wealth of international business experience and expertise to the 16-member board.
